- Bachelor's degree and 2 + years in feature film or television production.
- Training in and/or demonstrable understanding of basic principles of art and film. Proficiency in modeling, lighting, texturing, as well as scene, shot and camera move composition.
- Knowledge of terminology and techniques used in film and visual effects including basic knowledge of photography and camera lenses.

- Works with Digital Resources to ensure full resource utilization during the night. Manipulates priorities to ensure that renders are completing by next business day. Reports any machine problems or general issues that hinder the completion of renders to the Resource Department.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating department software. Works closely with our Production Software team to ensure that code is clean and well maintained.
